Algarve Amêndoa Amarga Bitter Almond Liqueur
Traditional drink from the South of Portugal, enjoyed as an aperitif, digestive or cocktail. It is produced by traditional processes, based on an old recipe for bitter almond liqueur. It can be served simple, in cocktails or accompanied with drops of lemon juice, with ice (crushed or in stone), and it does not require accompaniments. It is suggested to serve fresh or very fresh.
Tasting notes: Sweet liquor at the end of the tasting, slightly bitter. Silky and enveloping. The concentrated almond stands out on the nose.
