Tasting Notes: This is a beer with a creamy foam, soft bitterness, and aromas of cloves and bananas. In keeping with tradition, it is unfiltered; therefore, part of the yeast remains inside the bottle, giving a cloudy appearance when serving. Store advice:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. Best served at a temperature between 4ºC-7ºC. The perfect way to serve: the smooth and refreshing taste harmonizes perfectly with Thai and German food, as well as salads, goat cheese, and spicy dishes, such as those of Mexican cuisine, which also go very well with this beer. ABV: 4.5 – 5.5%; IBU: 12.7; Grains: Barley and Wheat Malts; Yeast: Ale Hops: Hallertau Hersbrucker, Magum.

Extra Brut IPA Cinco Chagas 750ml – Craft Beer

Very dark brown and creamy foam, this craft beer has intense roasted flavors and notes of coffee, cocoa and caramel. Despite the high bitterness, it is well balanced by the sweetness of the used malt as well as by the high alcohol content. This premium beer harmonizes with cheddar and blue cheeses, smoked meat and hamburguers. In the case of desserts, it is advised with carrot cake or truffles of dark chocolate with salt flower.
