Quinta do Monte D’Oiro Reserve Rosé
Made from the Syrah variety, with the selection of the best grapes in the plot and with manual harvesting. Crushing with direct pressing, only the must-drop used for this wine. Fermentation (controlled temperature between 13 and 16 ºC) and aging for 5 months in a 500 L French oak barrel (previously used for Madrigal) and very smooth and spaced batetonage. Delicate aroma, with light floral notes and spices. Very expressive in the mouth, lively and fresh with generous and fruity acidity at the end of the mouth. [Organic production methods].
